Wonder is a food hall like no other and their latest location in Fort Lee, NJ takes the “ghost kitchen” concept to the next level. Powered by 20+ menus from celebrity chefs like Bobby Flay, Marcus Samuelsson, Michael Symon, Marc Murphy, and Jonathan Waxman, it’s essentially your one-stop restaurant for all restaurants. We’re talking about pasta, burgers, pizza, salads, barbecue, wings, poke bowls, Mediterranean, Thai, Mexican, Chinese, and even something for the kids.

The Grand Opening on December 11, 2025 was filled with excited customers ready to experience the wonder of Wonder. Following a ceremonial ribbon cutting (above) with Senior Operations Leader Carlos Santiago, staff, and local dignitaries, the first 100 guests received swag bags and enjoyed light bites including brisket samples, chicken wings, and Detroit-style pizza… while Steve Shimchick from the band Cold Weather Company filled the space with live music.

So how does dining at Wonder work? Simply use their app, website, or in-person kiosk to order from any & every restaurant all at once and your complete meal will be ready at the Pick-Up window. It takes the “wonder” out of dinner planning and makes takeout far less stressful for groups or families with picky eaters. They’ll even validate your Hudson Lights garage parking (up to 3 hours)!

Whether you grab & go or enjoy your meal on-site, the food is perfectly packaged for any scenario. And with over 100 Wonder locations planned to be open by early 2026, now’s the time to check out Fort Lee’s newest fast casual dining option at 2036 Hudson Street, open daily from 10:30am-11:30pm.
