To celebrate the release of the newest Japanese Pokemon set Shiny Treasure ex, NYC Pokemon enthusiasts Tenshi & Zilla hosted their first Citi Field event at EBBS Brewing on December 2, 2023.
The 10am-5pm event featured 20 Pokemon-focused vendors including Tenshi & Zilla, sponsor Collector’s Emporium, artists Creations By Chrissy and Ezra’s Cups & Crafts, and Pokemon voice actor Emily Cramer, who was meeting fans & signing autographs all day:
On top of the “Shiny Treasure ex” product release, there were tons of Pokemon collectibles including an excellent selection of singles & graded cards (plus mystery slabs), 50 cent commons, $1 promos, and, of course, tons of high end cards. Not to mention plush dolls, apparel, vintage Burger King promos, sealed products like tins & rarer collection boxes, and “Shiny Treasure ex” giveaways every 30 minutes for packs & a 3pm drawing for the booster box grand prize:
So many reasons to stick around for the entirety of the event! And being that the event was held at EBBS, fans were able to enjoy the brewery’s selection of drinks & bites all day long.
