KingKon Comic Show returned bigger & better than ever on April 6, 2024! Held at the Marriott in Park Ridge, NJ from 10am-5pm (9am Early Bird), KingKon Five filled up the hotel’s Grand Ballroom & Meeting Rooms with nearly 50 of the best comic book vendors around… names like Zapp Comics, Very Gary Comics, Absolute Comics & Statues, Elite Comic Sales, Lone Wolf Comics, and dozens of others specializing in key issues, graded comics, and even dollar books!
Comic book fans won’t experience another local show like KingKon. Not only will you be able to find deals upon deals from reputable sellers, but you can also bring your own books to trade up towards something else! It’s the perfect event for comic collectors of all ages and you never know what you might find:
KingKon Five also hosted appearances from artists Lee Weeks, Klaus Janson, Chris Campana, Ryan G. Browne, Dan Parent, and V Ken Marion. And the 9am Early Birds definitely took advantage of being able to sign up for commissions as soon as doors opened!
It’s the best way to pick up the artists’ original art, prints, and exclusive books. And with Collectible Conservancy on-site, the option to submit signed books for witnessed CGC grading was available all day! And while you wait for your one-of-a-kind art pieces to be ready for pickup (below: Chris Campana working on a Spider-Man), you can browse through some of the non-comic book options as well.
