The largest comic book convention on the East Coast returned to New York City’s Javits Center! From October 17-20, New York Comic Con boasted an endless list of comic book creators, exhibitors, celebrities, announcements, exclusives, and incredible experiences you can only see at NYCC. Pop culture never looked this good!

Appearing at this year’s New York Comic Con were creator superstars like Jim Lee & Todd McFarlane, actors like Elizabeth Olsen & Orlando Bloom, and hundreds of other featured guests spanning the entertainment industry! While some were available for meet & greets, others (like Colin Farrell, Tom Hardy, Jon Voight, and Aaron Taylor Johnson) were only popping up for special panels & events. But either way, you might run into them exploring the massive Show Floor with nearly a thousand exhibitor booths:

Comics, action figures, trading cards, statues, pins, model kits… if you collect it, New York Comic Con has it! Exhibitors big & small travel from all around the world to bring you the best in collectibles: from your local comic shop in Queens to the latest Gundam straight from Japan! Not only that, but publishers (for both comics and books) put out advance copies, book deals, and so many other great opportunities for hardcore readers.

And what better way to celebrate comics & art than with the legendary New York Comic Con Artist Alley (with CGC, JSA, CBCS, and PSA services available). You can expect to find creators like Scott Snyder, Adam Kubert, Jim Steranko, Joelle Jones, Frank Miller, and many others in the best & biggest Artist Alley around. In fact, maybe even more than you’d expect, so much so that there are additional artists all over the main Show Floor! This year exhibitor booths were hosting David Nakayama, Arthur Suydam, Sean Chen, Bob McLeod, V Ken Marion, and even a rare appearance by Mitsuhiro Arita! The Show Floor was also home to the cast of the highly rated TV series X-Men ’97:

Between all of the experiences on the Show Floor and the signings in Artist Alley & the Autograph Hall, a 4-day badge to NYCC doesn’t seem to be enough! Not to mention Cosplay Central in the River Pavilion (with photo ops, cosplay tips, and tremendous displays), the Side Quest gaming area (with tabletop gaming, arcades, and TCG), and immersive pop-ups all over the Javits:

Step into James Gunn’s world of Creature Commandos (premiering December 5 exclusively on Max), walk through SpongeBob’s pineapple house, take a picture inside Wolverine’s Weapon X chamber, or even an off-site experience with Dune Prophecy (premiering November 17 on Max)… just to name a few! And we can’t forget about the impressive booths set up by Bandai, eBay, Topps, TikTok, Aniplex, and Funko.

All the while, meet up with cosplayers in the Crystal Palace, link up with fellow fans, win prizes through a multitude of giveaways, and learn more about your favorite fandoms (above: PSA x Funko panel). You can spend all weekend at NYCC and still barely scratch the surface. It’s all here & so much more at New York Comic Con! Get ready because the countdown already begins for next year’s NYCC happening October 9-12, 2025!
