Garden State Comic Fest Vineland kicked off the grand opening of the all-new Vineland Convention Center! On November 15-16, New Jersey’s coolest comic con took over the 40,000 sq. ft., two-story venue in Vineland, NJ with hundreds of tables full of collectibles, artists, exhibitors, and celebrity guests including Philadelphia Eagle Vince Papale, puppeteers Kevin Clash & Steve Whitmire, and a mini Sabrina The Teenage Witch reunion!
Melissa Joan Hart, Nate Richert, and Phil Fondacaro were among the weekend’s roster of special guests, meeting fans for autographs & photo ops, and even hosting a panel with a virtual appearance from fellow Sabrina cast member Nick Bakay. All kinds of DVDs, magazines, posters, and classic Archie comic books were being signed. And thanks to CGC services provided by Agents Of Slabs, signed collectibles had the option to be certified & authenticated.
That also meant all of the sketch cover commissions and signed comics from Artist Alley could qualify for CGC Signature Series for extra peace of mind! Whether it was the Garden State Comic Fest exclusive variant for Sabrina The Teenage Witch: Magic Unleashed signed by cover artist Charles Paul Wilson III, an original Spider-Man sketch by Scott Hanna (below), or something else from one of the dozens of creators at GSCF Vineland, there was something for every comic art fan. Not to mention tons of art prints, indie books, sketch cards, remarqued Funko Pops and other incredible creations by names like Keith Williams, Bob Sharen, Jim Balent, Nick Caponi, George Vega, and Criss Madd.
Garden State Comic Fest Vineland offered General Admission pricing at the door or an upgrade to VIP, which allowed attendees to enter 30 minutes early (as well as receive bonus swag like an exclusive comic & print, tote bag, fast pass, and more) to get first dibs on the amazing shopping experience inside the Vineland Convention Center. We’re talking about Funko Pops, LEGO Minifigures, Marvel Legends, Pokemon & other TCG, lightsabers, 3D printed collectibles, video games, plushies, character crystals, Gundam kits, Star Wars toys, anime merch, and plenty of comic books, of course! What a way to bring the excitement of Garden State Comic Fest back to South Jersey!
