New York International Auto Show 2026

For over 125 years, the New York International Auto Show has been a “driving” leader in the future of cars! It’s where innovation meets application, with not only car manufacturers showcasing the latest & greatest in automotive technology, but also hands-on demos, face-to-face interactions, and special appearances by notable figures in the industry, too. All this and so much more, only at the Javits Center in New York City, which is turning into a hub for all things cars from April 3-12, 2026.

Toyota, Jeep, Hyundai, Genesis, Subaru, Ford, Chevrolet, Kia, Nissan, and other iconic makes can be found on the main floor of the Auto Show. Not to mention fan-favorite car exhibits, electric vehicles, and a display for actor Sung Kang’s movie “Drifter” (below) on the lower level. In total, we’re talking about over 400 cars: exotic supercars, period pieces, law enforcement vehicles, and everything in between. It’ll be one of the most eclectic displays of cars you’ll ever see.

Some of the highlights of this year’s Auto Show include the debuts of the all-new 2027 VW Atlas, 2027 Kia EV3, Subaru Getaway, Genesis G90 Wingback (below), and Hyundai Boulder. But on top of being one of the first audiences to see early reveals & the upcoming year’s models, lucky attendees could also shop for car brand merchandise, get up close with concept cars, try out driving simulators, and test drive select EVs, Toyotas, Hyundais, and Jeeps, who set up an intricate driving course designed to showcase maneuverability, traction, off-camber, articulation, and breakover angles across a variety of terrains, only fit for a Jeep!

There are even family-friendly experiences this year, including a build-your-own Candylab Volkswagen activity that you can customize and race, truly making the New York International Auto Show an event for car fans of all ages. The Auto Show runs through April 12, but if you can’t make it this year, check out our full photo gallery & highlight video from Media Day below!
