The Gundam Base Mobile USA Tour is visiting 14 cities across the country to bring a unique Gundam experience to you! From August to October 2024, be one of the first to purchase exclusive items, play test Gundam VR & video games, take commemorative photographs, and more!
HobbyTown locations all over the U.S. are hosting these one-of-a-kind pop-ups! Fans can look forward to immersing themselves in all things Gundam including a shopping session inside the Gundam Trailer, a free on-site build kit (below) while supplies last, and giveaway items like headbands, stickers, and 45th Anniversary branded paper fans & “Gunpla” bags.
Inside the trailer you’ll have the opportunity to browse a wide range of products from Gundam’s manufacturer, Bandai Namco. Not only are there model kits from beginner to expert level, but tools, accessories, figures, and statues as well. Items are priced as low as $8 and go as high as $199!
Then once you’ve secured your purchases, feel free to enjoy the rest of the Gundam Base! From product displays (below) to a digital photo booth, there’s something for every Gundam fan! Inventory for the shop is limited, and only a few shoppers can enter the Gundam Trailer at a time, so be sure to arrive as early as possible! The free build is also capped at a few hundred participants per day so you’ll want to plan accordingly if you’re interested in that as well.
