Emu Cards Holiday Trading Card Show (December 2022)

Emu Cards hosted a holiday show on December 30, making it the last card show of the year in the tri-state area! Held again at the Elks Lodge in Middlesex, NJ, there were over 30 tables of vendors, much like their previous quarterly show in August. This time you could find even newer sports & non-sports product with just a $3 admission (kids 12 and under were free)!

From 11am to 5pm, you could scour for deals one last time before ringing in 2023. There is always an amazing assortment of sports cards and Pokemon at Emu Cards shows, including hobby boxes, autographs, relic cards, slabs, and other sealed product. Though other trading cards like entertainment/pop culture, comic book, or even Digimon were scarcer this time around, there were still a few vendors that carried a small selection.

As always, included with your admission is a raffle prize every 30 minutes (above) where you could win free cards just for sticking around! And while doing so, you can also grab some refreshments at the Elks Lodge like drinks and hot dogs, where proceeds to to U.S. Veterans.

Not only can you come with the intention of buying, but there are opportunities to sell & trade your collection, too! Plenty of young collectors were looking to trade up at the Holiday Show, and with tons of cards for $1 or less, Emu Cards shows are a great way to introduce a new collector to the hobby… There are sometimes even free packs of sports cards just for kids who attend! Emu Cards is back with their next quarterly show on February 18, 2023 so be sure to stay tuned on their social media for updates after the new year.
